My 4 and 8 week weight reduction programmes help you to create healthy life long habits. You’ll notice that I don’t call it “weight loss” because when you lose something you strive to find it again. Just changing your language can improve your results.

 

4 Week Programme – £300. (4.5hrs over 4 sessions)

This 4 week programme is for people who want to reduce their weight by 14lbs / 6.5kg or less. Are you generally a healthy eater and exercise regularly but have fallen into some bad habits? I will help you to refocus and get back on track to hit your weight reduction goal whilst also setting up good habits for life.

8 Week Programme – £600 (8.5hrs over 8 sessions)

This intense 8 week programme is for people who feel out of control with their food choices and want to reduce their weight by more than 14lbs / 6.5kg.

Have you struggled with weight management for a long time? Maybe you have tried every diet but revert to your old and unwanted eating habits? Are you ready to change your eating habits forever? This programme will require you to do light exercise such as daily walking for 30 minutes and to listen regularly to hypnosis tracks that I send to you.
